Trainers and volleyball players have an increased need for reference books. A DVD; something they can actually look at, will meet their needs best.

This video is primarily made for all African countries where I’ve come so far. This entails French or English speaking countries where the footage can be followed through the method used in this film. This film contains footage from the start of volleyball with children aged 9 to 10 years. This enables them to learn how to play volleyball.

For young children, volleyball is a tough sport to play: that is why mini volleyball was created. It is volleyball played on really small fields and at an age at which children are capable of learning fast; about 10 years. My method is focused on teaching the important basic volleyball techniques through a lot of exercises and contest associations. A good understanding of the required techniques is of great essence here.

What I like most about this method is that after a few weeks of practice, a competition can be played by the children.
